cathedral of st. anne de beaupre, outside quebec

so far, i’m not doing so well on this fat-free diet business. it is by far the hardest thing i’ve ever attempted.

but even tho i took today off from work, i don’t think i’ve ever been so tired as i have been today. which serves as incentive to pay more attention to my health. so-

i challenged myself to do 6 months being very strict with this diet, adhering to the Swank Rules, not as best i can, but with the seriousness it requires. i’m not a fanatical person, but this diet doesn’t work if you do it half assed. so-

i’m starting today (so far, so good), and i’ll try to write more in here, keeping a journal of how it’s going, as much for my benefit as for anyone elses.

after 6 months, i’ll see where i stand, see if the results, if any, are what i want, and whether to return to medication or stick with the diet. now i’m off to enjoy a fat-free fudge pop. maybe it’s not so hard after all…
