today is day 5 of a sugar-free diet. maybe i should say no sugar added, except for some low-sugar ice cream last night, i’ve been as sugar free and fat free as i can, choosing the sugar free over the fat free.
breakfast: gimmee-lean vegetarian sausage, egg white (we call them fake eggs or f’eggs) with garlic, on an english muffin with stubbs barbeque sauce. plenty of protein, as close to 0 fat as possible. and tastes good, always a plus.
i recently signed up with “igive,” a shopping site where they donate a percentage of your purchase to various charitable causes – i chose my local nmss chapter. i buy stuff online anyway, why not chip in a little bit to nmss?
