found this little tid bit that suggests that merely standing up for a portion of the day is as important as the 30 minutes of aerobic exercise that we all get (we all do, right?). i sit all day, but perhaps i’ll see if i can work some standing into my routine.
It all begins with a single step. After you get standing while holding on to something for a while, try stretching exercises.
