stand up!

found this little tid bit that suggests that merely standing up for a portion of the day is as important as the 30 minutes of aerobic exercise that we all get (we all do, right?). i sit all day, but perhaps i’ll see if i can work some standing into my routine.

  1. It all begins with a single step. After you get standing while holding on to something for a while, try stretching exercises.

  2. I too am trying to “Get Physical”. I’m thinking of the oldie song by Olivia Newton-John. Remember the legwarmers? LOL. One step at a time.

    Feel the beat. ARGH. I mean, misstep.
