MS sufferer challenges suicide ruling

i’ve been watching this case with great interest. while i can certainly imagine reaching this point with my ms, i hope i never have to face such a thing. i will be interested to see, first of all, how this case is decided, and then how it affects similar decisions in other countries.  i am quite impressed, as well, that these people are making their efforts as public as they are. anyway.
